This is who we are and what we do

We’re Ryan and Lisa, lifelong Maine residents who call Southern Maine home alongside our two adult children.

When we aren’t working or rehabbing homes, you can find us camping, enjoying time with family and friends, or exploring the incredible local food scene. As avid travelers ourselves, we’ve stayed in countless rental homes over the years. We know firsthand the difference between a “place to sleep” and a truly memorable stay. That experience inspired us to put our heart and soul into creating a space where you can relax the moment you walk through the door.

A Bit About Us Lisa has dedicated over 20 years to working at a local homeless shelter, fueled by her passion for helping those less fortunate. Ryan, after a two-decade career in IT, decided to switch gears and pursue his long-term passion for Real Estate—a journey that led us directly to these unique properties.

Thomas Trail and Ryan’s Run are true passion projects for us. We are thrilled to share them with you and hope they serve as the backdrop for your own great Maine memories.
