Cancellation/Refund Policy for Nack Properties

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 14 days prior to their check-in date.

100% refund up to 14 days before arrival

If guests cancel within 7 days before their check-in date the guest pays 50% for all nights.

50% refund up to 7 days before arrival

If guests cancel less than 7 days before their check-in date the guest pays 100% for all nights.

0% refund if less than 7 days before arrival

Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
